Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“AGREEMENT” OR “TERMS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY LUXE AI STUDIO. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.


1. Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Luxe AI Studio website (www.luxeai.studio) and related services, including our AI-based image generation (collectively, the “Services”). Luxe AI Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides digital content creation based on the personal photos you upload.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country. By using the Services, you confirm you meet this requirement and are not a politically exposed person.

If you are uploading content featuring others, you represent and warrant that you have explicit written consent from all identifiable individuals and that they are over 18 years of age.


3. Use of Services

By uploading photos and using Luxe AI Studio, you agree to:

  • Only upload images you own or have permission to use.

  • Not upload photos of minors (under 18).

  • Not submit or create offensive, pornographic, or illegal content.

  • Not attempt to misuse or reverse-engineer our technology.

Use of Luxe AI Studio is solely for lawful, non-deceptive, non-harmful purposes.


4. Image Generation & Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will:

  • Own all rights to the AI-generated images (“Assets”) created using our Services.

  • Have full commercial rights to use the Assets as you see fit.

By using the Services, you grant Luxe AI Studio a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your uploaded images and generate content in accordance with your inputs. We may also use anonymized data to improve the platform.


5. Payment, Fees & Refunds

  • Luxe AI Studio is a paid service. All orders are processed securely through our payment partners.

  • As GPU resources are allocated immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Subscription plans (if offered) renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing or offerings at any time.


6. Delivery & Turnaround

After photo submission and preferences selection, final AI-generated images will typically be delivered within 72 hours, but delivery timelines may vary.


7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violating these Terms. You may also request deletion of your account. Upon termination, rights and licenses granted to you end immediately.


8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luxe AI Studio and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • LuxeAI Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (i) $100 or (ii) the amount you paid for the Services.


10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware,US . Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts in that jurisdiction.
